Making and Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

All items (except for custom orders) will be made within 2-7 business days from the time of payment.

Customs and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, please check these before you purchase. All of our designs are sent by insured mail worldwide, for most destinations it takes 4-7 business days to arrive excluding customs delays. Customized items may take longer about 15-21 business days to process. It is possible to upgrade to Expedite shipping for 20$, this option is available at checkout. All our designs are packed strong enough for shipping and pretty enough to use as a gift box.

Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.

 

Duties and Fees

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.

 

Order from Taiwan, Türkiye or South Korea:

Please contact us via support@astraleejewelry.com and provide your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) and Name, which is required for shipping.

We ship to all over the world except Afghanistan, Cambodia, Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Myanmar, Senegal, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Yemen, Ukraine.

After your order is shipped, tracking information will usually be updated in 24-72 hours. You could track it on this website: https://www.17track.net/en

If you still cannot check your tracking information, then contact us for assistance.

 

Cant find the package even the tracking is delivered:

We are sorry to hear it! We suggest to following :

  • Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate.
  • We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.
